Nizenande Machi is the Managing Director of Karani Leadership. It was her enduring passion for people development and unwavering commitment to building young African leaders that inspired her to found the company.
Nizenande earned her Bachelor of Commerce degree in Management Studies from the University of Cape Town, and a certificate on Thought Leadership for Africa’s Renewal from the Thabo Mbeki African Leadership Institute. She is a Gallup International Strengths coach, and holds a Fundamentals to Organisational and Relationship System Coaching Certificate.
