Noluthando Zama Mthonti, 27

Noluthando Mthonti is a financial services professional, a radio personality and founder of The Financial Consultancy (Pty) Ltd, an accounting services company aimed at servicing small businesses and startups. She also started the #BlackGirlsAndMentalHealth movement, aimed at addressing mental health in the African community.
She is a business analyst at Quartile Capital (Pty) Ltd and has experience in construction and banking. Noluthando also a hosts a women empowerment themed show on TransAfrica Radio, a satellite Pan African Radio station that broadcasts throughout the whole African continent. She is also a corporate MC and speaker.
Noluthando served as the Deputy Chairperson of the ABSIP Youth Against Unemployment Working group founded by the Association for Black Securities and Investment Professionals (ABSIP) along its strategic student partners, AISEC, ABSA, BMF and the AWCA.
Through her various leadership roles representing young prospective female Chartered Accountants, the African Women Chartered Accountants (AWCA) awarded her the President’s Ambassador Award at the annual Women of Substance awards in 2014 alongside UN Women Director, Phumzile Mlambo Ngcuka.
Noluthando is a World Economic Forum Global Shaper and serves on the ABSIP Student Development Sub-committee. Noluthando is also a member of the South African Institute of International Affairs.
Noluthando is passionate about being a steward of the world and believes it is important to leave the world better than she found it.
